    • Zero operation and maintenance cost: Homeowners don't incur any maintenance and operational charges on a solar rooftop installation, as it does not have any moving parts. The only maintenance required is cleaning the panels in order to ensure maximum absorption of sunlight. It is an easy process that can be done weekly or every 15 days, depending on the dust conditions in the area.
